HFCS
Video Installation
HFCS stands for High Fructose Corn Syrup, a liquid sweetener commonly used by the food and beverage industry. The video serves as an allegory, digitally representing what we consume, and aims to criticize the profit-driven motives of the food industry.
The video installation was commissioned by the museum “La Gaîté Lyrique” in Paris during the “2062” exhibition in 2012 and has also been presented at MU Hybrid Art House in Eindhoven.
